You could maybe include a couple of more obscure Kinks tracks: Denmark Street and Willesden Green. Billy Bentley by Ian Dury. There is also Billy Bragg's tribute to the A13 (gateway to the coast) "cos it starts down in Wapping" but it is about leaving london rather than London itself.
