Description of Your Photo
This is a photo of the Tower Bridge over the Thames River as seen from a river cruise boat on the way to Greenwich. The Tower Bridge is so named because it is located right near the Tower of London which we also visited. We were lucky to catch the bridge open to allow a sailboat to pass beneath it.
Tips and Tricks
- The best photos of the Tower Bridge are from the river itself which is fine because everyone should take a cruise on the River Thames to see many of the sights of London.
What Inspired You?
This is one of the most famous landmarks in London and we were able to take a cruise on the Thames on a lovely sunny day.
What Camera and Settings Did You Use?
I used a Nikon D70s with automatic setting.
