About Inner Space
Inner Space first appears to be a tiny shop on a side road off the busy shopping drag of Neal Street in Covent Garden, but enter and you'll discover a calm and tranquil setting. There is always gentle music playing to help you forget your worries and after visiting the bookshop full of personal development reading, step into the Quiet Room and give yourself time and space to relax and reflect (see photo below).
The Quiet Room is open during shop hours and is such a little know gem that you'll often get it all to yourself. Use of this haven is completely free.

Free Weekly Lectures
Weekly lectures with different speakers on varied topics take place throughout the year -- every Friday in the West End and Sundays in Islington. These lectures offer an interesting and inspirational outlook on personal growth, relationships, and relaxation.

More About Inner Space
All courses are led by facilitators and teachers of meditation. The teachers give their time freely to share their experiences and insights on how to create inner change and deeper fulfillment.
Well-Being at Work
Inner Space offers Well-Being at Work courses. Most workplace sessions take place at lunchtime and last half an hour. Please contact Inner Space directly for more details.
Well-Being in the Community
Inner Space does outreach work aimed at empowering individuals and groups to help develop their life skills. They have work with centers for women, physically and mentally disabled groups, drug and rehabilitation, the unemployed, and homeless people.
Don't forget, all courses and activities are free of charge! It is funded by voluntary donations, with no minimum donation required.
