Inspired by Cardiff's sporting heritage, this garden references the variety of sports that take place throughout the year, from boxing and football, to sailing and of course rugby. The centrepiece of the garden is a three metre high floral rugby player. Surrounding the player, as he takes his conversion with a floral ball, are horticultural representation of the other key sports that will sustain the city's high international profile including football, golf, cricket and white-water rafting.
