After you pass by Borough Market and London Bridge, set off along Tooley Street where you will find The Old Operating Theatre Museum and Herb Garret, and Winston Churchill's Britain at War Experience.
Turn left off of Tooley Street into Hays Galleria, an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, bars, and craft stalls, in a covered atrium. In the center is a huge nautical sculpture by David Kemp called 'The Navigators'. Water pours from it at certain times so beware of getting wet!
