I spent a lovely September day relaxing in the Inner Circle of Regent's Park. Regent's Park was designed by John Nash in 1811. The Queen Mary's Rose Gardens were added in the 1930s and have more than 400 varieties of roses with wonderful names such as 'Lovely Lady' and 'Thinking of You'.
