Medieval London AD410-1558
Museum of London

From Laura Porter, About.com

'Medieval' means the 'middle ages' (AD410-1558). The middle ages were between the classical world of the Greeks and the Romans and the rediscovery of classical culture called the 'Renaissance' (the 'rebirth'). Learn more about the people of London during this time. Also take a look at photos of the permanent exhibitions on the L2 (basement) floor of the Museum of London, Roman London, and check out the Museum of London Basics to help plan your trip.
