The BBC Springwatch festival on Saturday 3 June 2006, was part of the Coin Street Festival on the South Bank in London. Its intention was to help us feel inspired by the environment around us with a range of hands-on activities for families and children, foreshore exploration with Thames 21 and bird spotting with the RSPB.
