Here's How:
- Have a look at some of the reviews already available at: Guide Reviews. Choose a star rating out of 5 with five stars being the best (you can choose half stars, e.g. 3.5 stars).
- Write the Bottom Line
This is a one or two sentence summary of the hotel and your review. - Write the Pros and Cons
We'd like to see at least one Pro and one Con but you can choose up to five of each. Pros are obviously the key good points and therefore Cons are the key weak points. - Hotel Contact Details
We need the full name and address of the hotel, including their telephone number, fax number, web address, and email address, if possible. - The London Hotel Review
Write a 150-250 word review of your stay at the hotel. You must have been an actual guest as reviews sent in by owners, employees, or affiliates will not be published. Tell us what was unique about the hotel (i.e. you can see the London Eye from every room) and don't focus on the mundane (there was free soap). Try and justify your opinions; don't just tell us it's good, we want to know 'how?' and 'why?'. - Photos
If you took any photos that you think would enhance your review then please send them in. Firstly, save your photo as a .jpg. The maximum width of the image should be 200 pixels (or about 2 inches or 5 cm). Use resize or resample in a photo editing or graphics package to do this. Learn how to resize your photos. - The overall file size should be no larger than 25KB, ideally no more than 20KB. Scanning your photo at 72 or 100 dpi (dots per inch) will help keep the file size small. Web pictures don't need a higher resolution than this. If you're using a digital camera, set it on the lowest resolution. Also check if your photo editing program has a "save for web" option; that's the easiest way to get a small file size.

- Your full name
- A sentence stating you have read the user agreement and understand that a hotel review and photo submission does not guarantee that the review and photo(s) will appear on the About London For Visitors site.
