Irish Pubs in London

London is awash with Irish pubs so you'll never have problems finding a pint of Guinness during your stay. Here are some recommendations for places to celebrate St. Patrick's Day (17 March), or any day!
Waxy O'Conner's
You won't believe the interior of this place - there's a huge tree inside!
The Tipperary
The Tipperary is the oldest Irish pub in London, and celebrates its 400th anniversary in 2006. Have a look at the plaque inside explaining the pub's history. The Tipperary prides itself on serving good quality 'ales' and appears in the Good Beer Guide.
The Porterhouse
This is the flagship branch of Ireland's Porterhouse Brewing Company, and boasts probably the best selection of world beers in London.
The Arbitrager
The Arbitrager is another Irish pub famous for its pure imported Guinness. Situated in the heart of the City, opposite the London Stock Exchange, once inside you feel like you're in a country pub.
Ryan's Bar
Not a place for a quiet drink, but a great venue for a night out with friends.
