A very basic hotel for people on a tight budget who want to stay in a central London location for 1 or 2 nights. The rooms are kept clean but are quite small.

We stayed at Easy Hotel Victoria - never again! The room was so small one person had to stay on the bed. When we complained the Receptionist said we could have a bigger room in the morning. When the Manager came on he said, No way! This is the room you booked and that's that. He argued about the size: "I'll get a tape measure and prove it!"
"OK," I said, "Please do."
When he did the room was way, way under size. Embarrassed, he agreed to refund for the second night but with no apology and still very rude.
When we checked they had changed the sizes on their web site. It was not cheap either. Don't stay there.
