12. Green & Blue
This is an unusual choice to include as it doesn't meet my usual 'central London only' criteria but I've heard good things about Green & Blue. It's essentially a wine shop at the front but you can choose a bottle from the shelves then move through to the back and order a Neal's Yard Cheeses platter or other lovely nibbles. They are all about learning about wine for enjoyment not primarily for the purpose of getting drunk. They even have a 'Wine School' to help educate us all.
