The Arbitrager is another Irish pub famous for its pure imported Guinness. Situated in the heart of the City, opposite the London Stock Exchange, once inside you feel like you're in a country pub. The small upstairs bar used to be smoky but the UK smoking ban arrived in July 2007 so things should have improved.
