Billed as 'Europe's first nitro ice-cream parlour', this place is well worth a visit.
Husband and wife team, Ahrash Akbari-Kalhur and Nyisha Weber, researched nitro ice-cream for over a year and wanted to bring the excitement of the type of food that Heston Blumenthal creates but offer it at a more accessible price.
Their ice-cream parlour looks very industrial, and more like a mad scientist's laboratory, yet the swings hanging outside should give you an idea that this place is about fun. They both wear white lab coats at all times and the science lab theme is continued with glass measuring cylinders for the ice-cream mixture and unusual toppings.
Ahrash and Nyisha are always calm, they have some great music playing, and are always happy to chat when not serving.

All liquid nitrogen ice-cream is made on demand. You choose from three flavors: Vanilla and chocolate (Valrhona, no less) are always on the menu, plus a special flavor which changes regularly.
