Easy Hotel Reader Review 4

A very basic hotel for people on a tight budget who want to stay in a central London location for 1 or 2 nights. The rooms are kept clean but are very small.

First I shall say the room was clean but that's where the compliments end.

I paid extra online for a so called larger room. When I complained at reception I was told the only room size was standard and to my disbelief it said so on my printed booking form, so what exactly did I pay extra for!

The room contained a double bed but no room to move around or even unpack our bags; wardrobes - forget it. The toilet is not off the room like others it's actually inside it. One person had to stay on the bed if the other had to go to the toilet. It cannot be called a bathroom as it was so tiny.

To use the TV you are charged £5 daily to access a remote control and the service you take for granted in an hotel, chambermaid service, well that's an extra £10 daily if you need your room cleaned. Easy Jet itself is a fantastic service but the Easy Hotel is an absolute disgrace to human rights. I believe it is a franchise working under the easy name as Stelios could not allow himself to be associated with such an appalling business.

Under no circumstances use this hotel.
