Charles Dickens Museum is Open for Christmas

By December 4, 2013

Take a step back in time this festive season with a visit to the enchanting Charles Dickens Museum which is continuing it's tradition to be the only museum that opens on Christmas Day. The museum has exclusive Christmas openings on 24th, 25th and 26 December which are days most of London is closed.

Housed in the only surviving London home of Charles Dickens, the museum is now more historically accurate and has rooms dressed as Dickens would have known them. It's an incredibly atmospheric building, especially at this time of year. Find out more about A Very Dickensian Christmas on the official website. Image: © Laura Porter
