If you've not set a New Year's Resolution to give up drinking I have an excellent idea for you: go to the recently opened City of London Distillery. It's the first working gin distillery in the City of London for 200 years and you can see the gin production from the bar.They hope to be a visitor attraction for distillery tours and gin masterclasses as well as having a well-stocked bar with over 90 gins for those who just like to drink the stuff.
