St Ermin's Hotel Afternoon Tea

St Ermin's is leading the way with hotel bee keeping in London and their 200,000 Buckfast Bees produced their first full harvest this year. These lucky bees search for pollen in St James's Park and the gardens of Buckingham Palace so the honey has a distinctive flavor.
