I was told recently that a fifth of all British adults have at least one tattoo so it's no surprise to know the London International Tattoo Convention is a popular annual event.It's coming back to Tobacco Dock (near Tower Bridge) in September with plenty of entertainment including live rock bands, tribal dancers and seductive Burlesque performers from around the world.
