Fortnum & Mason, The Queen's grocer, has been on Piccadilly for over 300 years. I had a tour with Andrea Tanner, the Archivist, who opened my eyes to what a wonderful building they have and a fascinating history. The store is celebrating HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee with many special limited edition items including the popular musical Jubilee biscuit tin that plays 'God Save The Queen' which The Queen saw when she visited recently and, thankfully, she loved it. I was also impressed with the Jubilee Majestic Marmalade that has real gold leaf running through it and hand-cut diamond-shaped pieces of peel.
