Last year I told you about a great London book written by a chap who had walked the whole length of every tube line, Walk the Lines. Mark Mason's book has proven to be so popular he has now started offering walking tours of a central section of the Central Line and District Line.

I tried the Central Line walk recently with friends and we had a great time discovering facts along the way and learning from Mark's incredible knowledge of London. He's just as great a Walking Tour Guide as he is an author so the walk is well planned and entertaining. His love for trivia means he's constantly checking and updating facts and was able to help me spot some mistakes in a London book I had with me.

You can check the dates for future walks online: http://www.theimportanceofbeingtrivial.com/walks.html Image: © Mark Mason | London Travel Blog
