Pampers Golden Sleep Train

Sunday July 12, 2009
Dates: 7-9 August 2009
Times: Fri: 10am-7pm, Sat & Sun: 11am-5pm
Venue: Westfield Shopping Centre
(North Atrium, near Starbucks on the ground floor)

A recent Pampers survey found lack of sleep as the biggest challenge of parenthood. I can certainly concur that no-one can explain to you in advance what sleep deprivation will do to your brain when you have a child, or that you will never get that lost sleep back again. Unsurprisingly then, many new parents want to know how to improve their child's, and their own, sleep.

To help tired parents, Pampers are touring the UK with the Golden Sleep Train, kitted out with easy to follow information and sleep experts on hand to provide one-on-one advice to parents. Mums and dads can learn how to establish a good bedtime routine to help babies sleep through the night in a fun and interactive way, while babies and kids can also enjoy touching, feeling and playing with all the low level toys on the train.

The train is an imaginative route from start to finish, so when families exit the children have their very own door made just for little people to leave through. Mums and dads aren't left out as they will receive a goody bag filled with products which are helpful for a perfect night's sleep.
