Painting Explorers Winter Childrens Art Workshops

Sofie Cornillon Guerrero runs art classes for children in north London called Painting Explorers. Small groups study in an artist's environment with quality art materials and instruments. Check out the Holiday Workshops.

• Painting with Gold and anything that shines, glitters, twinkles and sparkles!
  Mixed media workshop inspired by the work of Gustav Klimt and Yves Klein.
  DATES: Monday 15, Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 December 2008, from 10am to 3pm
  Open to young people aged 6 to 15 & limited to 6 participants.
• Winter SweetArt : Magic Dwellings - a new edition of exuberant cake making
  Design your own sculpted cake, bake it and decorate it….. And share it with your family and friends!
  DATES: Monday 22, Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 December 2008, from 10am to 3pm
  Open to young people aged 7 to 15 & limited to 4 participants.
• The Treasures of Imagined civilisations Map Making, Mask Making
  Invent the map of an imagined country where an unknown civilisation lived. Create artefacts and masks part of long forgotten treasure. Explore how to make a map and experiment with papier-mâché techniques.
  DATES: Monday 16, Tuesday 17, Wednesday 18 & 19 February 2009, from 10am to 3pm Open to young people aged 6 to 15 & open to young people aged 6 to 15 & limited to 6 participants.
