Kew Garden's Festival of Trees

The Kew Garden's Festival of Trees is on till 2 November 2008 and what better way to enjoy the trees turning to their autumnal shades than by climbing the 18 meter Xstrata Treetop Walkway and walking the 200m circuit high in the previously inaccessible tree canopy.

Tree Tours
Take a free guided tour, 'Champion Trees Tour', to see the biggest, rarest, and oldest trees in the 300 acre Gardens. Tours are 1 hour and are limited to 15 people. Register at Victoria Plaza Information Desk from 11.45am for a 12 noon start. Alternatively for a small fee, tree enthusiasts can join a special weekly 'Tree Identification Tours'. Tours start at 11.30am every Saturday outside Museum No.1 and last 90 minutes. £5 per person (additional to garden entry) and must be pre-booked.
