I Dream of Wires is a funky vintage boutique, just off London's trendy Brick Lane. This retro shop has a keen interest in everything from the 1980s, from fashion and toys to games and furniture. The store is the creation of Lou Winwood and Pete Voss, two cutting edge fashion stylists with an eclectic vision. (Lous has created looks for Amy Winehouse and Pete was an ID mag stylist.) Since opening in 2008, I Dream of Wires has attracted many celebrity shoppers including The Black Kids, The Feeling, Peaches Geldof, Julien Barrett of The Mighty Boosh, and 80s pop legends Soibhan Fahey of Bananarama and Kevin Rowlands from Dexys Midnight Runners. I Dream of Wires also hire props and clothing for photo-shoots and parties.
