I recently received this question from a reader:
"Is it true that pedestrians don't have the right of way in London? I've heard that drivers aren't used to stopping for pedestrians so they'll just run you over. Is that true?"My first thought was to let them know that it's OK, London drivers do stop for pedestrians, just as in any other city, but it got me thinking that this may be a concern for others when planning a trip to London.
