Horniman Museum Family Tours

The Horniman Museum is a great family museum in south London. They have some family-friendly tours coming up:
  • Family Tours with Mr Horniman
    Wed 16 April / Wed 28 May / Thurs 29 May
    11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm
    Meet Mr Horniman as he steps out of his time machine to give special tours of the Museum.
    Natural History Gallery. Free admission.
    Open to all. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Limited places.

  • Family Tours with Miss Horniman
    Thurs 10 April / Tues 15 April
    11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm
    Meet Miss Horniman and find out what she thinks of her father's museum.
    Natural History Gallery. Free admission.
    Open to all. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Limited places.

  • Bat Walk
    Tues 13 May: 8.30 – 9.30pm
    Thurs 26 June: 9 – 10pm
    Bring a torch for this bat walk at sundown, back by popular demand. Colin Higgins of the London Wildlife Trust will lead the search for these endangered mammals using electronic bat detection equipment.
    Gardens. £3 per adult, children free.
    Open to all. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please book in advance. Limited places.
