Dot2Dot Airport Transfers

*** TOP TIP: Airport Transfers running on Christmas Day ***
National Express is well-known in the UK for its coach services but it has a new airport transfer service called Dot2Dot which is operating between Heathrow and Gatwick airports transporting customers to hotels (and eventually private addresses) in central London.
From Gatwick Airport:
Dot2Dot has desks in both the North and South terminals. They have found the most efficient way to get you to central London is to use the Gatwick Express train and they offer a service where they help you with your luggage and escort you onto the train. When your train arrives at London Victoria station you are met by their customer service team, who provide further assistance with your luggage, and show you to your dot2dot shuttle which takes you to your hotel.
From Heathrow Airport:
Shuttle services between Heathrow Airport and central London are around half the price of a black cab. You share the transfer with up to 3 other hotel stops to keep the costs down. There are 12 services an hour between Central London and Heathrow.

Dot2Dot is the worst way to travel in London. I had to wait over an hour once arriving at the airport to get onto a shuttle to take me to my Hotel.
Even worse during my experience of this so called great shuttle is that it was supposed to pick me up at 8am to take me to the airport and didn’t even show up until 9:20am and had 2 more pick ups after myself. So I got to the airport having to travel internationally back to the United States and only had 30 minutes before the door to the plane shuts.
WORST SHUTTLE EVER. Take the Tube!!
