Umi Hotel London has the unusual idea of offering 5 star service in a 3 star hotel. And what a breath of fresh air that is as the London hotel trade can be complacent as so many visitors will always come to our city. But London hotels need to wake up to the service on offer around the world which can often put us to shame. I was pleased to discover Umi employs staff who all seem to care about the service they offer, many of whom have traveled extensively so really know what should be expected.
