Pancake Day in London

Today (20 February 2007) is Shrove Tuesday which is the day before Lent in the Christian calendar when people have to give up things they enjoy. So we celebrate in the UK by eating pancakes! I love Pancake Day (as it's more commonly known) so I've put together some Pancake Day information including a pancake recipe and details of the Pancake Day races today. Yes, in London people run a race course while flipping pancakes in a frying pan. It's a tradition!
