Liquids To Be Allowed in Hand Baggage

I heard this morning on the radio station LBC News that the restrictions regarding liquids in hand baggage are to changed on Monday (6 November 2006). We will be allowed to take 100ml of liquid, which is a small bottle of perfume, but not a can of Coke (330ml) or a bottle of water (500ml). LBC News are broadcasting live from Heathrow Airport this week to celebrate the airports 60th birthday this year.
