Rhythm Sticks Drum Circle Today

Saturday July 22, 2006
Rhythm Sticks 2006 at The Royal Festival Hall is the South Bank Centre’s annual festival of percussion. It started on 15 July and runs till tomorrow (23 July 2006). Today (Saturday 22 July 2006) I would recommend heading down to the area outside the front of The Royal Festival Hall (called Riverside Terrace) for 3pm to join in the Drum Circle. The Drum Circle is an opportunity to bash some drums with a lot of other people! Instruments are provided so, If the tube broke down, or there were huge queues at the London Eye, go and get it out of your system. If you don't fancy bashing a drum, go along to watch as the rhthym really gets to you and makes you want to dance. Enjoy!
